Phil Weiss

Director of Software Development

Mr. Weiss heads up the development for several of our unique software programs including our flagship Mortgage Energizer System. Mr. Weiss has managed software development projects within startup companies since the mid 1980’s. Phil managed software development in a recent start-up, prior to Calfers.com and Mortgage Energizer, which was sold for over $500 million to a public medical company. Mr. Weiss is a named inventor on over 12 different software related patents which can be seen on the US Patents and Trademarks website. Phil has become very successful in software start-ups and has huge expectations for both Mortgage Energizer and Calfers.com.

Mr. Weiss has developed software for over 25 years. His clients include Fortune 500 companies and an institute at the University of Southern California. Recently, Phil wrote the software for the world's best selling spinal cord stimulator. His wife has taught in California public schools for 25 years and in 2007 his son was accepted into Santa Clara University on a full academic scholarship.

Howard Willers

Willers now works closely with CPAs and other professionals to provide their clients with an online retirement planning and mortgage education on behalf of 4 Millionaires.com Insurance Solutions, Inc. Howard is tireless and passionate about integrating the best new technologies to create ever greater educational value. Howard foundedwww.DVDinfomercial.com , a full service corporate training & video production company that produces DVD infomercials, online learning systems, sales agent and software training with an emphasis on using the latest and best technologies. Howard was a consultant to senior management of several Silicon Valley software start-ups and has a background in developing software. Howard has a Bachelor of Economics.

Victor Mojica

Victor is a self-made multi-millionaire, real estate investor. He was the co-founder, major recruiter and principal trainer for an independent life insurance and securities organization of over 1,000 independent life insurance agents. At its peak, his company did over $50 million in life insurance premiums and $15 million in securities business in one year. Victor recruited and trained large professional sales forces for over 20 years. Mr. Mojica is fluent in Spanish and has a Bachelor of Business Administration.

For the past 20 years Mr. Mojica, along with a group of Bay-Area medical doctors calling themselves the ProAmigos, has quietly paid for and delivered shipping containers of medical supplies and personal computers to help the less advantaged achieve the "American Dream" in Mexico. Victor's son is a 19-year-old professional musician who just signed his first recording contract.

Richard Snedden

Richard has accredited knowledge in the area of 403(b), CalSTRS, fixed annuities and life insurance. Richard taught Science and Biology at Fresno Unified School District for 35 years. Richard was the track and golf coach. Richard retired from teaching in 2001. He started working full time helping teachers with their own retirement plans. He understands what teachers are going through and can help with some of the financial land mines that trap teachers. He currently gives lectures on CalSTRS and CalPERS benefits and supplemental programs.

Stephanie Scott

Retirement Consultant

Stephanie has accredited knowledge in the area of fixed annuities and life insurance. Stephanie has two Masters Degrees. One Masters is in Publishing, where she specialized in contracts and subsidiary rights, and another Masters in Psychology with a focus on Somatic Psychotherapy (body based psychotherapy). Stephanie is also a California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
